The service
PinBack provides the service described on this site: The pre-submission appeal-readiness service for suspended Google Business Profiles — we fix the cause, cross-check every document against your profile, and hand you an appeal pack that is ready to submit.
Orders & payment
Prices are published on the pricing page in USD and charged through Stripe. An engagement begins when payment clears and a complete intake is received.
Your responsibilities
You provide accurate inputs and documents. Our work is only as good as the information it is built on; material omissions can change the result.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version published here at the time of your purchase governs your engagement.
Guarantee
If your Appeal Pack scores below 85/100 after you complete our fix list, we keep working the pack free until it does — or refund the Pack. (We guarantee readiness, never Google's decision.)
